I'm trying to serve someone in Tonga some divorce papers, however I don't have any contact with this man nor do I know of his whereabouts. I need to use the publication system to post it as an ad to see if he will respond to that. And that is where I'm stuck, because I don't know where or how to go about getting this published. I'm not familiar with the Tonga media.
Can anybody help direct me to where I can get this published in the Tongan newspaper online?
Or if anybody know Viliami Ositamani, could you refer this to him.

The last I heard of Ostaman was that he was one of the victims of the Ashika. The 'wife' should check the fat checks gicven out to the victims' next of kin. The money should be coming to her. If that's the case she may have to reconsider that dicorce proceeding. Good luck, unless this is a different Osi tamaani.
