Four years ago Samoa gave eventual champions England a massive scare in their Rugby World Cup Pool C match in Melbourne.
The Pacific Islanders only succumbing late on as tiredness crept into bodies that had given their all for the cause. England barely touched the ball in the first 10 minutes as Samoa raced into a 10-0 lead in front of 50,647 fans in the Telstra Dome. The eventual champions trailed 16-13 at half time and then 22-20 in the final quarter of what turned into an epic encounter.
