China's top legislator, Wu Bangguo, has met with the visiting speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Tonga, Havea Tu'iha'angana.
During Monday's meeting, Wu said bilateral ties have developed smoothly in recent years. China appreciates Tonga's adherence to the one-China policy. He said China is willing to develop trust and understanding,and top legislator, especially in fishery, and tourism.
