The New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Rt. Hon. Winston Peters returns home today having completed a one day visit to the Kingdom.
“I am here to talk to the government of Tonga about the current economic developments, political developments and concerns that the Tongan people and the government and the New Zealand government might have on long standing issues which will help enhance the relationship between our two governments. So I’m on a short fact finding visit, updating visit, and to look at projects that government here has asked me to look at,” said Peters.
